Return Process

  Log into your Computer Mania account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Your Gear

  Carefully place the item in its original box along with all manuals, cables, and accessories to ensure safe transit and full credit eligibility.

  Ship to Our Tech Center

  Print your prepaid shipping label and drop off the package at any authorized courier location, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the exterior.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Our technicians will inspect the hardware for functionality and condition within 3-5 business days of arrival before issuing a refund to your original payment method.
